Trims and Powertrains

As a premier vehicle for the Lexus brand, the LC 500 comes as a single trim. This svelte two-door has a naturally aspirated 471 horsepower 5.0-liter V8 engine roaring beneath its hood. A ten-speed automatic transmission manages the rear-wheel drivetrain. As estimated by the EPA, it achieves 16 miles per gallon around town and 24 mpg on the open road.

Standard Features and Optional Packages

The 2024 LC 500 Coupe has plenty of performance-focused details like an adaptive variable suspension, selectable drive modes, aluminum pedals, magnesium paddle shifters, an active sport exhaust, and track-inspired instrumentation. Its additional equipment includes leather upholstery, a glass roof with a sunshade, eight-way power heated and ventilated front seats, dual-zone climate control, proximity keyless entry, LED exterior lighting, push-button start, and 21-inch staggered-width alloy wheels.

Buyers can choose from numerous upgrades at the time of ordering their new LC 500 Coupe. The All-Weather Package adds a heated leather-trimmed steering wheel and a windshield wiper de-icer while the Touring Package contains semi-aniline leather upholstery, an Alcantara headliner, additional infotainment equipment (detailed below), and everything from the All-Weather Package. The Sport Package includes front and rear sport seats with Alcantara-trimmed inserts, rear performance dampers, a Torsen limited-slip rear differential, and performance brake pads. The Dynamic Handling Package upgrades the Sport Package with active rear steering, a speed-activated rear wing, variable gear-ratio steering, an Alcantara headliner, a carbon-fiber roof, and carbon-fiber door scuff plates.

Lexus also offers a Bespoke Build program to customize the LC 500. Buyers can select from different wheel styles and add select features (sport seats, a carbon-fiber roof, and the speed-activated rear wing) that may also come bundled with the aforementioned optional equipment packages.

Advanced Driver Aids and Safety Technology

Lexus Safety System+ 2.5 is standard in the LC 500 Coupe. This collection of the latest driver-aid technologies includes a pre-collision system with pedestrian detection, lane departure alert with steering assist, adaptive cruise control with lane-tracing assist, road sign assist, and automatic high beams. Lexus also adds blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, a surround-view monitor, and parking sensors. Eight airbags, anti-lock brakes, vehicle stability control, and traction control round out the LC 500’s safety features.

Infotainment and Connectivity

A new 12.3-inch touchscreen is the control center of the LC 500’s infotainment system. It’s enhanced with a 12-speaker sound system, Android Auto, wireless Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth, SiriusXM satellite radio, and USB ports. Lexus includes access to connected services for cloud-based navigation with destination assistance, a Wi-Fi hotspot, emergency assistance, vehicle monitoring, and Lexus app functionality. The optional Touring Package will add a 13-speaker Mark Levinson sound system.
