Lexus presents the 2025 LS 500h as a single, comprehensively equipped trim package. Its power comes from a gas-electric hybrid powerplant that combines a 3.5-liter V6 with dual electric motors for a total system output of 354 horsepower. All-wheel drive is standard, as is an electronic continuously variable transmission (eCVT) incorporating multistage programming to replicate the shifting of a ten-speed automatic. The trunk offers 15 cubic feet of cargo space. The EPA rates the LS 500h’s fuel efficiency at 22 mpg for around-town driving and 29 mpg for highway travel. At peak efficiency, the LS 500h has a maximum range of 555 miles on a full tank.

A surround-view monitor and Teammate semi-autonomous driving and parking capabilities are also standard, as are an array of airbags, anti-lock brakes, stability control, traction control, and Smart Stop technology (to minimize unintended acceleration.
The infotainment system centers on a 12.3-inch touchscreen paired with a 23-speaker Mark Levinson audio system.
