2020 Lexus NX Hybrid for Sale in West Springfield, MA
It’s hard to go wrong with a Lexus. It’s no wonder that the brand, as one of the leading luxury auto manufacturers and a consistent winner for buyer satisfaction, has continued to win accolades for exceptional quality and premium craftsmanship. The Lexus hybrid lineup adds eco-friendliness to the luxury element, pleasing drivers who want the good feeling of lowering their carbon footprint.
The five-passenger 2020 Lexus NX Hybrid continues the model’s first generation (it was introduced in 2015) and comes in two trim levels: 300h or 300h Luxury. Both get their power from a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine and two electric motors, for a total hybrid system output of 194 horsepower. The Lexus Safety System+ 2.0 driver-assist suite is now standard equipment and includes new features such as lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, and forward collision warning.
Comfort and Convenience
The base 300h comes with LED lighting (headlights, fog lights, and running lights), rain-sensing wipers, keyless entry and ignition, power-folding side mirrors, illuminated door handles, a rearview camera, self-gripping cupholders, dual-zone automatic climate control, power-adjustable front seats, simulated-leather upholstery, and a 60/40 split-folding and reclining rear seat. The 300h Luxury ups the bells-and-whistles factor with a heated steering wheel, auto-dimming and power-adjustable heated side mirrors, LED daytime running lights with turn signal indicators, perforated leather seats, heated and ventilated front seats, and memory functions for the driver’s seat, side mirrors, and steering wheel. Options include a power moonroof, premium triple-beam LED headlights with adaptive front lighting, a power rear door with kick sensor, and power-folding and reclining rear seats.
Safety and Technology
As mentioned above, both versions of the 2020 Lexus NX Hybrid come with the Lexus Safety System+ 2.0. This includes a pre-collision system with pedestrian detection, road sign assist, all-speed range-dynamic cruise control, and intelligent high beams, lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, and forward collision warning. A blind-spot monitor is optional on the base 300h and standard on the 300h Luxury; either trim can add the available panoramic view monitor. The 2020 Lexus NX Hybrid was awarded a five-star safety rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), and while it has yet to be crash-tested by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), the outgoing 2019 model was named a Top Safety Pick+.
The 2020 Lexus NX Hybrid comes with a nice selection of standard technology features, such as an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with a touchpad interface, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Bluetooth capability, HD radio, an eight-speaker audio system, and onboard Wi-Fi. On the 300h Luxury, a 10.3-inch touchscreen system with integrated navigation is provided; this feature is optional on the base model through the Navigation Package or the more inclusive Navigation/Mark Levinson Package (available on both trims), which adds a premium 14-speaker Mark Levinson audio system.
