The reason I was so satisfied with my experience of purchasing a new vehicle at Balise Lexus with Darline Jensen was that she heard what I was looking for, knew that I did not need the fluff of it all. We talked about what I was looking for and what I was trading in and then the negotiations began. I was able to purchase the IS250 Lexus and drive it home that evening. The service was truly outstandng, we went back and forth with what both sides were able to give and take and the deal was sealed.
