General Manager Tim Cardillo I am the newest addition to the Balise team. My name is Timothy Cardillo, General Manager at Balise Lexus. Before getting into the automotive business, I spent part of my life as an executive Chef working at Cranwell Resort and Golf Club, as well as Blantyre Hotel in Lenox, Massachusetts. It was an exciting transition moving from the culinary to automotive world, where I have been for almost 2 decades. During that time, I worked at Pete’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Haddad Toyota. Before joining Balise, I was with Lia Toyota in Northampton, where I was awarded the General Manager of Record by Toyota. I was also a recipient of Toyota President’s Award for 3 consecutive years. Great Barrington, MA is where I live with my wife Cheryl of 28 years and 2 daughters, Victoria Leigh and Brittney Taylor. Cheryl and I train puppies as part of the Canine Companions for Independence organization, which provides exceptional dogs for exceptional people with disabilities. Other interests include horses, and I am an avid outdoor person. |

Service Manager Paul Sowa Hi, I'm Paul Sowa, the new Service Manager at Balise Lexus. Growing up in Western Massachusetts has allowed me to build strong ties in our community, and something critical in our business - trust. For over 20 years, I have been hands-on in automotive service and repair, with a goal of keeping customers' vehicles in top condition…as the Lexus brand commands. Balise Lexus has been home for me for the past three years, and now I have the opportunity to lead the Balise Lexus Service Department team. They are a highly talented group, with a focus to exceed your expectations. Please expect exceptional service at great prices. I look forward to meeting you soon! |
