Lexus Courtesy Vehicles
We are pleased to provide you with a complimentary Lexus loaner vehicle with a service appointment lasting more than two hours.  Advance reservations are required due to the popularity of this service.  Call (413) 858-2393 to speak with our service advisors and arrange an appointment.

Pick-up and Delivery Servicing
We will pick up your Lexus and return it with its requested service completed.  We promise it delivered back both cleaned and vacuumed.

Complimentary Car Wash
Each time your Lexus is in for service, we will provide a complimentary hand wash and vacuum.

Balise Lexus Concierge Lounge
Our spacious and luxurious Guest Lounge is equipped with warm, comfortable chairs and couches.  The added touch of a toasty fireplace is relaxing to say the least.  Enjoy reading a book, taking a nap, or catching up on today's business via one of two flat screen TVs.

Balise Lexus Concierge Café
We provide complimentary beverages including espresso, lattes, cappuccino, coffee, tea, juice, soda and bottled water during your visit.  We also offer an assortment of complimentary fresh-baked breakfast foods as well as sandwiches later in the day.

Technology Center
We offer a quiet area for you to make phone calls, as well as computer terminals for your use.  Or, connect to the internet via your laptop or mobile device.  Our entire facility is Wi-Fi compatible.

Drive-thru Climate Controlled Service Center
Drive your Lexus right into our customer service drop-off area and be met by one of our friendly greeters while protected from the outside elements.
